WEXFORD COUNTY (WKZO AM/FM) — A Battle Creek man who was allegedly transporting heroin and crack cocaine from the Cereal City to Northern Michigan had to be hospitalized after he tried to swallow the drugs rather than get caught.
The Traverse Narcotics Team, apparently acting on a tip, intercepted Demico Clark on his way to Wexford County to sell the drugs last weekend.
He is being held for possession with intent to deliver cocaine and heroin, destroying evidence, resisting and obstructing and conspiracy to deliver.
