GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO AM/FM) — Barring any unforeseen delays, convicted killer Quinn James will be given mandatory life without chance of parole today in Grand Rapids for strangling the teenaged girl he raped, to keep her from testifying against him.
The body of the 16-year-old was dumped along a trail in the West Douglas Neighborhood in Kalamazoo.
James is already serving 20-years for the sexual assaults.
He will be sentenced for first degree murder, felony murder and conspiracy to murder.
