KALAMAZOO (WZKO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Public Safety has released the name of the woman found dead at a home on Charles Street on Friday.
She is identified as Nikkole Surree Riojas, a 35-year-old female and mother of four.
A person of interest remains in custody for fleeing and eluding and on a bond violation after a chase that took place across town and an hour long standoff on North Street. He has been identified by multiple sources as 32-year-old Anthony Ozmaro.
Her four children are being cared for by other family members.
An autopsy was conducted Saturday on the woman’s body but Public Safety is being very tight lipped about the details pending the issuance of any additional charges.
