MARSHALL (WKZO AM/FM) — A deadly weekend collision on the off-ramp from I-94 to I-69 has left three in critical condition at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
Calhoun County Deputies say two adults and four young children ranging in age from 2 to 7 were in an SUV that went out of control, bounced off a guardrail and rolled into the path of a semi tractor-trailer rig which plowed into the smaller vehicle.
It happened Friday at about 7:30 pm.
All six were rushed to Kalamazoo, where the female adult was pronounced dead.
The vehicle had an Illinois license plate, and none of the victims have been identified.
The condition of the other two in the SUV has not been released.
The crash remains under investigation.
