HOLLAN D(WHTC-AM/FM) — Holland resident Juan Sandro Cabrera 18, has been formally arraigned via video from the Ottawa County Jail, before Holland’s 58th District Judge Susan Jonas.
Cabrera is the supected gunman in the fatal shooting of Troy “T.J.” Wells, 14, on Feb. 16, 2019, at the Hampton Inn in Holland Township, in what police have described as a gang-related turf fight. Wells’s family maintains Wells was not a gang member.
The case still remains under investigation — anyone with information is asked to share tips via Silent Observer.
