BLOOMINGDALE (WKZO AM/FM) — The Governor has ordered that flags be flown at half-staff on Saturday to honor the service of Army Corporal Cole Wixom of Bloomingdale.
The veteran of Afghanistan was killed during a training exercise in New Mexico when two Stryker Personnel Carriers collided.
Visitation will be at 11 a.m. at Bloomingdale High School and will be followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday.
