PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A homeless Portage man has been found dead, huddled on the loading dock behind Pep Boys on South Westnedge.
Portage Police Lt. Joe McDonnell says they got the call about an unconscious man lying on the dock at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday.
Officers and medical personnel were dispatched, and they identified the man as 51-year-old Ronald David James of Portage.
There was no sign of foul play but an autopsy was ordered and the case file will remain open.
