KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County Sheriff Richard Fuller says Christmas is saved thanks to the hard work of their junior deputy.
The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office made a viral post on their Facebook page searching for a “holiday fugitive” named “Evans the Elf” that has been spotted in multiple states and is wanted for crimes like “gingerbread home invasions.”
Their junior deputy that dressed up as a K-9 sheriff for Halloween cracked the case and took the elf off the shelf and into a jail cell.
