UNDATED (WKZO AM/FM) — A cringe worthy report out this week detailing what the U.S. Olympic Committee knew about Larry Nassar’s pedophilia has survivors calling for a Congressional investigation.
The 233 page report prepared by an independent investigation has resulted in the firing of another staff member at the USOC but little else.
Most of the others named are already gone.
It detailed many of the stories of the survivors who have been molested since the USOC leadership knew of the allegations.
Several survivors and their lawyer held a news conference Tuesday, including Kalamazoo native Rachael Denhollander, who says it shows that they let Nassar continue to molest young gymnasts for another year, and that they placed no value on the lives of their athletes.
On Tuesday Dehollander was in Beverly Hills, picking up Sports Illustrated’s “Inspiration of the Year Award” which will be telecast Thursday night.
