KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Detectives will be seeking charges today from the Prosecutor’s office for the robbers who they say broke into a party store and stole an ATM machine.
Deputies responded to the Alarm at Ziggy’s Party Store on North Riverview in Cooper Township at about 3:30 Friday Morning.
Deputies stopped the only traffic in the area at the time, a rental truck and found the ATM in the back of the vehicle.
Lt. Jeff Baker says that’s when they made the arrests.
The four suspects are being held at the Kalamazoo County Jail pending formal charges and a bond hearing.
