KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Dozen’s turned out for a League of Women Voters forum Thursday night in the Edison Neighborhood on the three ballot items that will appear on next month’s ballot.
Judy Karandjeff, the state President for the League of Women Voters led the group through the proposals to legalize marijuana, the initiative to end gerrymandering, and Proposal 3, the package of election reforms that her group is sponsoring.
Polls show that Proposal 3 may be the most popular, but they aren’t taking anything for granted.
She says they have hired a campaign staff and are running ads on social media.
