UNDATED (WHTC-AM/FM) — The Colorado-based Cargill Meat Solutions is recalling approximately 132,606 pounds of E coli-tainted ground beef, according to a USDA announcement.
At least one person has died since the meat went to market in June.
Federal officials are concerned that consumers may have some of this ground beef in their freezers. Authorities say consumers should follow the rule, “when it doubt, throw it out.”
