HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) – The Holland Civic Center Place manager, Barbara Wiggins, has resigned just days before the civic center’s grand re-openign after a year’s worth of renovations..
Wiggins told city officials in her written notice she’s planning to move back to Texas to be closer to her family.
She began her job as the center’s manager on May 7th.
