PORTAGE (WKZO AM/FM) — Crews are working to fix the glass front of a Portage restaurant after a car drove through it.
Portage Public Safety officers were called to the Chipotle on South Westnedge Avenue just after 8 a.m. Monday after reports that a vehicle struck the building.
Investigators say a woman was attempting to park her car when she put it in drive, smashing through the glass window and door.
Nobody was reported injured and alcohol has been ruled out as a factor.
Management at Chipotle says the restaurant will be closed for at least a day as they make repairs.
