COOPER TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County Sheriff deputies are investigating a report of shots fired in Cooper Township.
Crews were called to the 2100 block of McKinley Street around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday where they found an occupied home hit with gun fire and several casings in the roadway.
Deputies say they saw a smaller SUV leaving the scene, but it’s unclear if the vehicle was involved.
So far there are no reports of injuries and no suspects, but the incident remains under investigation.
