KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — It’s a high traffic area and one of the most accident-prone in the region, but that traffic was disrupted Saturday afternoon just after 2pm by a crash that sent two drivers to the hospital and left one vehicle on its roof.
Kalamazoo Public Safety Sgt. Scott VanderEnde says a 55-year-old man pulled off Sage Street into traffic on West Main St. and was struck by a west bound vehicle driven by a 44-year-old from Kalamazoo that had the right of way.
The two drivers are expected to recover from their injuries.
