OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — Yesterday afternoon’s brief but torrential thunderstorm apparently washed away a portion of ML Avenue in Western Kalamazoo County.
The Road Commission says they began working overnight to repair a severe washout on ML Avenue in Oshtemo Township.
The road has been closed to through traffic from 4th to 6th Street.
They don’t expect to have repairs completed until late this morning.
