HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — David Anthony Pelon, 17, of Rockford will spend eight months in Ottawa County Jail for his role in some Holland Township burglaries and the Graphix Signs and Embroidery fire, according to a Holland Sentinel report.
Pelon was in court Monday, having pleaded guilty to breaking and entering a building with intent to commit a felony.
Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies arrested him shortly after the Graphix fire last November along with Holland Township resident, Shane Wheeler, 49.
Wheeler allegedly led the pair in at least 12 break-ins at Holland-area businesses as well as torching Graphix.
Pelon was 16 at the time of his arrest. Prosecutors charged him as an adult.
