TEXAS TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County Sheriff deputies are looking for a suspect after an armed robbery at a gas station in Texas Township.
It happened just after 6:30 a.m. Friday when the robber displayed a handgun and demanded money from the clerk at the Citgo gas station on 9th Street just north of the I-94 corridor.
Public Safety officials launched a search with a K-9 unit but the attempt failed.
The robber is described as a white man wearing dark clothing and armed with a handgun but no other information was released.
