HOLLAND TWP. (WHTC-AM/FM) — Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a motorcycle crash in Holland Township that killed James Henry Karsten, 75, of Holland Township, just after 3:30 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 2018.
Karsten was operating a motorcycle headed north on Westmont Avenue at Campbell Street in Holland Township, police said, when it appears he lost control of the bike, which struck a wooden fence.
Alcohol does not appear to be a factor, police said.
