KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — The family of Lonelle Langston has identified the 22-year-old from Albion as the victim of Kalamazoo’s latest homicide.
They held a candlelight vigil Sunday night in his hometown.
Cousin Alize Crenshaw says they’re looking for any information possible to have the killer brought to justice.
Public Safety has released little information about the shooting but they too are seeking help from anyone who was at the event and may know who had the gun.
The family only knows that he was hit and killed by a stray bullet that was fired in the parking lot of the Blue Dolphin on South Burdick Street very early Saturday morning.
He was driven by a private vehicle to the emergency room at Bronson Methodist and was pronounced dead soon after his arrival.
Hundreds turned out for Sunday’s vigil.
