It happened late Wednesday morning at the intersection of M-40 and 46th Street when the woman slammed into a pick-up truck.
The two in the truck, 87-year-old driver Earl Tappenden of Coldwater and passenger 41-year-old Abe Schwartz of Quincy, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The pick-up truck veered off the road into a power pole and then burst into flames.
The 30-year-old at-fault driver, a woman from Paw Paw and her 3-year-old daughter were taken to Bronson Methodist by Van Buren County Emergency Medical Services.
Tests are being conducted and the investigation completed, and then it will be turned over to the prosecutor to determine if charges are warranted.
