KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County Sheriff Richard Fuller had a full evening on Tuesday.
He stopped at Qdoba on West Main Street for a quick bite, when two men reportedly collapsed in a vehicle in the parking lot from an apparent heroin overdose.
Emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene and Narcan was administered to the subjects.
Fuller had just been at the County Board meeting to deliver a multi-media presentation to commissioners on what they teach people to do in active shooter situations.
The 23 and 28-year-old overdose victims are reportedly recovering.
