KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — One of the two suspects in a heist at the Huntington Bank Branch on West Main in April has been charged.
Kenley Fuller was indicted by a federal grand jury in Grand Rapids for bank robbery and for being a felon in possession of ammunition.
They claim Fuller and an accomplice got away with $1,400 from the bank.
They fled north on foot through the Westwood Neighborhood with Public Safety K-9’s in pursuit, and were chased down and arrested after they were spotted near Frays Park.
It’s not clear why the second man involved in the crime wasn’t also charged, unless he is cooperating with authorities.
