EMMETT TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — A man is in critical but stable condition and a woman is in custody after a stabbing during a domestic dispute in Calhoun County.
Emmett Public Safety Officers were called to the 100 block of LaGrange Avenue late Wednesday night and found a 44-year-old man stabbed in the back.
The victim said his wife stabbed him during an argument and he was rushed to the hospital.
Later, officers arrested the wife, a 35-year-old woman from Battle Creek.
She is currently in the Calhoun County Jail as she waits for her arraignment.
