PAW PAW (WKZO AM/FM) –- A Kalamazoo man is in custody after a drug bust in Van Buren County.
The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office narcotics unit conducted a drug buy operation around 3:45 p.m. Monday in the Village of Lawton and purchased methamphetamine from Thaddeus Taylor.
After the drug buy, sheriff’s deputies and a K-9 team followed Taylor’s vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on M-40 near South Lagrave Street in Paw Paw.
The 51-year-old was arrested on two outstanding felony warrants and for the sale and delivery of methamphetamine.
He is currently behind held in the Van Buren County jail.
