SOUTH HAVEN (WKZO AM/FM) — A former employee at Clementine’s restaurant in South Haven has been fired and may face charges for installing a spy camera hidden in a clock in an employee’s bathroom.
South Haven Police Chief Natalie Thompson says the charges they file will depend on what the camera recorded.
Thompson says they have seized his laptop and are having it analyzed.
The suspect admitted to putting the camera in the restroom and was fired on Saturday.
Authorities will look into what was captured on tape and if the man will face any charges.
It was not in a bathroom the public had access to. The management at the business fired him immediately.
