LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) — Larry Nassar and Michigan State University have had a lot of bad news lately and the last two days have piled more of it on.
Thursday the Michigan House released a scathing indictment of the University’s handling of the whole Nassar scandal, and yesterday the State’s Licensing Board slapped a million dollar fine on Nassar for violating the public health code at MSU and permanently yanked his license.
The State will likely never see a dime of that fine.
They have agreed to get to the back of the line behind all the criminal fines, restitution and civil judgements.
With most of Nassar’s victims joining a class action suit against him…there may not be anything left..
