DOWAGIAC (WKZO AM/FM) — Dowagiac School officials have decided to start Spring Break early following a pair of threats from students about in-school violence.
There will be no class again today, with one of the suspects still being sought by police.
The district only had a half-day scheduled anyway with spring break was scheduled to begin Friday.
A middle school student has been turned over to their parents until the prosecutor decides how to proceed with the allegations. That student allegedly left a message in the bathroon that they planned to ‘blow-up’ the school.
