WEST OLIVE, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) — Pigeon Creek Golf Course officials are offering a big reward after vandals did a massive damage on the sixth green over the weekend. The course is located near West Olive in Ottawa County.
In a Facebook post, course officials decried the damage, writing that the destruction is met with “deep sadness, frustation and confusion” as to why “someone would desire to destroy another’s property” and went on to call the vandals “poor souls.”
The statement asked for everyone’s help is identifying the tire tread marks and the vehicle used.And yes, armchair detectives are posting photos and ideas as to the make of the tires.
The person who helps discover the culprit will be rewarded with a year of free golf at the West Olive course.
