KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Students from the Stoneman Douglas High School led the march in Washington protesting for more gun reforms, sparking a national movement.
Hundreds of thousands more turned out for similar marches all across the country, it was several thousand in Lansing and well over a thousand in Kalamazoo.
There were a few counter demonstrators but they drowned out by the crowd as they marched out of the central plaza on the WMU Campus.
Marches were also held in Holland, Grand Rapids, Albion and Saugatuck.
