KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Public Safety officers were patrolling one of the most dangerous streets in town addressing quality of life complaints very early this morning, when they stopped a man they knew had outstanding warrants at Ada and North Westnedge.
The 18-year-old will now face additional charges after officers found him packing a handgun and carrying marijuana.
He was booked into the Kalamazoo County Jail for carrying a concealed weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and a felony firearm charge.
