UNDATED (WKZO AM/FM) — Plow trucks spent the weekend trying to keep up with fresh snowfall and catch up with the big snow storm that took place on Friday. Some side streets have yet to see a plow truck, but most have.
Health officials are warning homeowners who may be out of shape or who may have chronic cardiac or respiratory issues to be very careful about snow shoveling.
Trying to move this heavy wet snow in these cold temperatures can be unusually stressful and wearing.
The aim is to get all the roads ready for use Monday morning when the work and school weeks begin. A winter weather advisory expires at 3 pm Sunday. .
