CHARLOTTE, MI (WQTX) — There was a disruption to the sentencing hearing of Dr. Larry Nassar in Eaton County Circuit Court this morning. The father of three daughters, all sexual assault victims of the former MSU doctor, charged at Nassar immediately after the girls gave their victim impact statements this morning just a bit after 9:00 a.m.
The man, identified as Randall Margraves, was stopped short of reaching Nassar by an attorney and three Eaton County Sheriff’s Deputies providing security in the courtroom of Judge Janice Cunningham.
Margraves was held a short time on contempt of court charges but then released. Cunnigham says she has no intention of filing other charges or fining Margraves for his outburst.
