LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) — Governor Snyder is ordering all flags to be lowered today in honor of a fallen officer.
Detroit officer Glenn Doss Jr. was killed in the line of duty last Saturday and served in the Detroit Police Department for 2 years.
A service will be held for him at the Greater Grace Church in Detroit.
Michigan residents are encouraged to display the flag at half staff Friday and return it to full staff Saturday morning.
