BATTLE CREEK (WKZO AM/FM)–A woman may be charged with assault for grabbing a hammer and trying to hit her unfaithful boyfriend after he admitted to having an affair with another woman late Wednesday morning at her house on 22nd St.
Investigators are reportedly seeking an assault warrant from the Prosecutor.
They say the angry 39-year-old did manage to hit his car with the hammer, and hit him with a belt, but a relative managed to prevent her from hitting her ex-boyfriend with the hammer.
