CASS COUNTY (WKZO AM/FM) — Cass County Deputies have arrested a man after they responded to a 911 call and learned that no crime had occurred.
They say they were dispatched to a 911-call from a home on M-62 just after 5pm Tuesday from a man who claimed that five people were in his home and that they had just attacked and injured his wife. When they got there they learned that none of those things had happened.
The man was taken into custody for filing a false police report and misusing 911, and he will be held until arraignment.
