LAWRENCE (WKZO AM/FM) — The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department says residents in Lawrence, including two restaurant employees came to the aid of an accident victim, bringing severe bleeding from a head laceration suffered by a 56-year old man under control before EMS crews arrived.
A deputy says the injury was the result of one pick-up striking another pick-up from the rear at the corner of W. St. Joseph, and Paw Paw St. at 7:30 Friday evening.
The injured motorist was transported to Bronson Methodist for stitches.
