KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — As Kalamazoo Public Safety officers were arriving to investigate a complaint of shots fired in the 700 block of Douglas Avenue just before midnight Friday night, a 17-year-old victim appeared at Bronson Emergency with a gunshot wound he received from that shooting.
Officers were able to find the scene of the assault but could not find any witnesses, and they have no suspects at this time.
The teen is expected to survive his wound.
