KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — It started with angry words and ended with bloodshed. A 28-year-old Kalamazoo man is recovering from stab wounds to his head and abdomen after he got into a fight with a 23-year old at a residence in the 400 block of Reed Street early Thursday, just after 1:00 am.
Public Safety was dispatched to the home on a report of a stabbing, and got the victim off to the hospital and booked the suspect into the Kalamazoo County jail on an assault count.
No word on why they were fighting.
