KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — About a dozen protestors vowing to make Congressman Fred Upton pay at the ballot box next fall staged a noisy protest in Kalamazoo last evening.
They banged pots and pans out in front of Upton’s Kalamazoo Field office Tuesday evening, and held up signs.
They were motivated because Upton voted for a plan that they say clearly favors the wealthy, and not the majority of his constituents.
They were polite compared to some of the Democrats in congress who described the tax reform measure as ‘a scam’ and ‘a looting’, even immoral.
