KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — The Kalamazoo Valley Museum snipped the ribbon on a brand new permanent exhibit and educational program Friday evening.
The new Innovation Center offers over two dozen hands-on exhibits demonstrating a variety of scientific principles that can lead to a better understanding of how things work.
Museum Director Bill McElhone says there is also an Innovation lab and Think Tank that will be accessible to the public and used by the Museum to draw elementary and middle school students on field trips to the facility to learn about science.
The new facility is on the second floor of the Musuem in Downtown Kalamazoo.
