PENN TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — A Kalamazoo man has been killed in a crash in Cass County.
They say t4-year-old Russell Jett Jr. was traveling down Decatur Road just before 11 AM Monday when for some reason his vehicle crossed the centerline, traveled through the opposite lane, left the roadway and slammed into a tree.
Jett Jr who worked for Tire Wholesalers of Kalamazoo, MI was headed to Cassopolis when the crash occurred.
They say he was belted in and alcohol and drugs don’t appear to have been involved.
