KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — A Kalamazoo Public Safety Officer had to be treated for heat exhaustion after fighting a suspicious fire on Neumaier Court in fhs Edison Neighborhood at about 4:00 Saturday morning.
It’s being called suspicious because it’s the second time in two weeks that fire trucks have been dispatched to the address to put out a fire.
The home had been condemned after the first fire and so no one was living there and the utilities had been turned off.
The PSO was treated at the scene and will be fine.
The Fire Marshal has already begun his investigation.
