BATTLE CREEK (WKZO AM/FM) — Two young girls took to the stand yesterday in the trial of a Homer man who is charged with sexually molesting the two, after allegedly giving them alcohol and drugs.
It allegedly took place at the rural home of William Wolter, who is charged with four counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
he prosecutor contends that the 43-year-old gave them alcohol, marijuana and Xanex during the summer of 2016.
The girls were 12 and 15 at the time.
The older girl says she has little recollection of anything that happened, but the younger girl gave graphic testimony about what went on. Testimony will resume this morning.
