SCHOOLCRAFT (WKZO-AM/FM) — Police in Schoolcraft arrested two people, including a parole absconder, on outstanding warrants and recovered over $500 in merchandise stolen from the Walmart in Three Rivers during a Saturday traffic stop on U.S. 131.
The driver was given a citation for improper plates around 7 p.m.
The two passengers in the driver’s pickup were booked into the Kalamazoo County Jail on the outstanding warrants.
Retail fraud charges are pending, according to a press release.
