KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM/FM) — For the third time in as many weeks, Christopher Lockhart finds himself in the Kalamazoo County Jail.
Lockhart, a Pfizer employee, is a person of interest in the disappearance of his wife, Theresa. He has not been charged with anything connected to that mystery. It’s another bond violation, but it’s not clear exactly what condition of his bond he is charged with breaking this time.
His visits to the jail began when a homeowner’s surveillance system caught him allegedly sabotaging his neighbor’s communications and air-conditioning system earlier this month.
He was freed on bond for those allegations and told not to drink and to stay away from his neighbor. Last week, he spent some time in custody after he was stopped for allegedly driving under the influence and was ordered to wear a tether.
Friday, another bench warrant was issued and Lockhart was picked up and booked. Jail records show his bond has been increased from $20,000 to $50,000.
Theresa Lockhart has been missing for over two months. While there have been occasional searches, no reports of progress have been made. She is presumed dead.
