AUGUSTA (WKZO AM/FM) — She is the thief with the diamond studded nose. At least she tried to be.
Kalamazoo County Deputies are looking for the woman who walked into the Shell Station in Augusta Friday morning just after 1 am and demanded cash from the clerk.
She said she had a weapon but none was seen.
Before the clerk could reach into the register, another customer walked in. The woman apparently decided to abandon the heist and ran out of the place, fleeing to the north empty handed.
A K-9 was deployed but could not track the scent.
They say the white female bandit was about 5’6” with a medium build and wearing all black clothing.
Oh, and don’t forget that diamond stud piercing in her left nostril.
