GRAND HAVEN (WKZO-AM/FM) — A wild night on the beach forced over 30 officers from multiple police agencies to shut down Grand Haven State Park late Monday.
Dispatchers started to receive calls about violence, loud music and alcohol after 8 p.m. Alcohol is not allowed at the park. WOOD-TV reports between 200 and 300 people may have been involved.
There were no injuries reported.
