BATTLE CREEK (WKZO-AM/FM) — A Kalamazoo man has been charged with sex crimes for the 2014 rape of a 19-year-old girl after a party at her home in Calhoun County.
On Monday, 26-year-old Terrail Bolden was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly raping a 19-year-old girl after a party at her home in May 2014.
Investigators say Bolden lived in Battle Creek at the time of the crime.
Bolden was ordered held on $250,000 bond because he has seven prior felonies. If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
It’s not clear why there was a three-year delay in pursuing the evidence in the case.
